Ukraine struck an ammunition depot in Briansk, Russia – rumours of using ATACMS rockets

A warehouse of ammunition and rockets in Briansk, west hit Monday night (18.11.24), at a distance of 115 km from the Ukrainian border, with rumors that American long-range ATACMS missiles were first used. So far it is unclear how Ukraine launched the attack on Briansk, Russia. If he used drones – as he had done on 9 October hitting the same target in a less spectacular way – or if he launched missiles. Ukrainian media, citing Bloomberg, reported that ATACMS rockets were used. As of Tuesday morning (19.11.24) social media users left hints that the attack may have been carried out with an ATACMS rocket, based on reports from Russians that a rocket hit the military base. It is recalled that the “New York Times” wrote last Sunday (17.11. 24) citing US officials reported that US president Joe Biden , first approved the use of US ATACMS missiles from Ukraine for attacks within Russia. In this warehouse in Briansk it is reportedly stored among other artillery shells, ammunition including North Korean missiles and anti-aircraft missiles.
