UK: Quarantine for fully vaccinated tourists from third countries to be lifted

Britain plans to lift the quarantine for the arrival of fully vaccinated tourists from other countries in the coming weeks, Transport Minister Grand Saps said today.

Yesterday, Saps announced that fully vaccinated residents of the country who will arrive in England from medium-risk countries on the “orange” list of the coronavirus will not need to be quarantined upon arrival.

Saps said the vaccination regime recognition process would focus on vaccine-approved countries that have been approved by the WHO, and commented that the process is complex because each country has a different certification system.
