Biden: The program of the third dose is promising

The third dose may be given six months after the start of the initial vaccination

U.S. President Joe Biden has said the Covid-19 vaccine booster program is promising and federal health authorities are discussing a timetable for how the vaccines will be made.

This vaccine can be given six months after the initial vaccination is completed, instead of eight as planned until recently.

Earlier, the White House announced that half of the children aged 12-17 have received at least one dose of the vaccine.

This age group has the fastest growth rate of vaccinations, according to White House pandemic coordinator Jeff Zienz.
