U.S.: ‘Kentrobeat’ Trump and Harris in three States – Battle chest with breasts in a new poll

The countdown has begun, two months before the presidential election in the US and are engaged in a race to attract new voters. At the same time, a new poll displays Trump and Harris fighting chest to chest, in at least three critical states. A poll published by CNN confirms that, as often happens in the American presidential election, the result will be judged in some states and by a few thousand voters. According to this, in the current period Harris and Trump battle hard with breasts in Nevada, Georgia and Pennsylvania. Besides, Pennsylvania seems to be the one to judge the winner. Trump visited this state once again, namely the capital of Harrisburg, yesterday, Wednesday, for an interview during which he received questions from the public and which Sean Hanity coordinated. The billionaire often prefers this Fox News presenter with conservative views to give interviews. The show was filmed yesterday (04.09.2024) in the afternoon and broadcast at 21:00 in the evening (D.C. time, 04:00 Greek time). Support for the middle and working classes For her part Harris yesterday was in New Hampshire and focused her visit on small and medium-sized businesses. In this state, which usually votes Democrats, the U.S. vice president went to a beerhouse which was founded by two women. The 59-year-old candidate pledged to tenfold the tax credit for creating small businesses from $5,000 to $50,000. Harris, whom Trump describes as a “communist”, tries to build the profile of a candidate who supports the middle and the working class against her rival who is criticized for trying to protect large fortunes and multinational companies. After the big boost her candidacy accepted, after Joe Biden’s surprise departure from the race and the National Congress of Democrats, the vice president risks seeing her campaign fall into a stagnation. Many columnists of well-known newspapers, who are rather in favour of Democrats, have asked her in recent days to present her plans for the country, mainly appreciating that she did not provide meaningful answers to the long-awaited interview she gave last week along with Tim Walsh. “The honeymoon is over” “The honeymoon ended (for Kamala Harris)”, Trump appreciated yesterday in an interview on a local radio station, who has also lost the lead he had in July in the polls. Also yesterday US Steel’s historic steel industry was confirmed to be the major stake in the election: according to the press, President Biden is ready to prevent its acquisition by the Japanese rival Nippon Steel. In a poll published yesterday by The Economist magazine, Harris gathers 47% of the vote intention nationally, compared with 45% for Trump. Many Republicans would like the billionaire to adopt a calmer tone and focus his criticisms on the Biden government’s account- Harris. However, the 78-year-old insists on personal attacks against his opponent: “she is a Marxist, he will destroy our country,” he stressed again yesterday. Liz Chaney, a former Republican MP and a staunch opponent of Trump, said yesterday that she would vote for Harris. According to the CNN poll, about 15% of voters in key states remain indecisive. She herself displays Harris winning in Wisconsin and Michigan and Trump in Arizona. The Democratic candidate plans to visit Pennsylvania today, home to US Steel.
