Turkey leads the way in evacuations from Libya
DUBAI: Turkey, which has 25,000 citizens of its own in Libya, is taking the lead in evacuating the stranded residents of 21 other countries as well. Ankara is launching the biggest evacuation operation in its history, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at a news conference.
