The trial commenced today, Wednesday (5.3.25), only to be postponed until April 10 regarding the case involving illegal software called ‘Predator.’ In the courtroom of the Single-Member Court of Financial Crimes in Athens, four defendants sit—legal representatives and owners of companies implicated in the case. The charges against them involve varying degrees of financial misconduct and pertain to breaches of communication privacy. A postponement was requested by the defense attorney of one of the accused, leading to the trial being rescheduled.
