Tragic Discovery: Elderly Man Found Dead Inside His Car in a Gorge

A tragic end to the disappearance case of an elderly man in Gavdos. The unfortunate individual was found inside his car, which had fallen into a gorge. According to zarpanews.gr, the elderly man, who resided in Gavdos, reportedly faced several health issues. The conditions under which he lost his life are currently being investigated. Locals of the remote island, who had lost track of him since yesterday (April 29, 2025), and were searching for him, discovered him earlier today (April 30, 2025) deceased inside his car in the gorge. The body of the unfortunate elderly man has been transferred to Chania for an autopsy.
