From April 28 to May 25, traffic restrictions will be in effect near the Eleusina interchange at the height of the Front Station of the Eleusina Interchange. These restrictions are being implemented due to construction work for a new roof section at the Eleusina interchange. Specifically, during Phases A and C, six lanes (lanes 22 to 27) of the M.S.D. Eleusina in the direction towards Corinth will be closed 24/7. Traffic will continue through the remaining lanes, which will be allocated according to traffic volume in each direction. The exit ramp of the National Road Athens-Corinth before the M.S.D. Eleusina towards Corinth and the Peripherical Road Athens-Corinth/Nea Peramos remains unaffected during this phase. In Phase B, seven lanes (lanes 21 to 27) will be closed 24/7. Traffic will proceed via the remaining lanes, adjusted based on traffic load. During this phase, the exit ramp from the National Road Athens-Corinth before the M.S.D. Eleusina towards Corinth will be locally diverted to the National Road Athens-Corinth, passing through lane twenty-one (21) of the M.S.D. Eleusina, then exiting onto the Peripherical Road Athens-Corinth/Nea Peramos. The police urge drivers to exercise caution while passing through these work zones and follow existing road signage.
