Traffic Disruption: Tatoiou Avenue Closed After Truck Diversion – Where Delays Are Occurring

Major traffic issues have been reported due to the diversion of a truck. The disruption in traffic on Tatoiou Avenue, from Karamanli Avenue to Dekelia Avenue, affects both directions of travel in Acharnes. Fortunately, only material damages have been reported at the scene. Drivers are also encountering problems on the Attiki Odos, with delays reaching up to 20 minutes. Delays towards Eleusis are reported as 15-20 minutes on the exit for Lamia. Similarly, delays towards the Airport are noted as 15-20 minutes from Metamorphosis to Kifissias, and the same delays are observed from Metamorphosis to Kifissias (entry from Lamia) and on the exit for Lamia. At the same time, traffic is increasing on key roads in Attica. Early in the morning, delays have been reported on Kifisos, Kifissias, Mesogeion, Athens Avenue near Skaramagas, and in the center of Athens.
