EUR 85,000 was imposed by its Board of Directors at today’s (16.9.2024) meeting. The Securities and Exchange Commission has decided fines to PRELIUM INVESTMENT SERVICES GDPE and FUDLINK SABE. In particular, he announced: The imposition of a fine of EUR 60,000 on Mr. Charidemus Gianniris, under the terms of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of the company “PRELIUM INVESTMENT SERVICES GDPE”, prior to the withdrawal of its authorisation and its place of liquidation, for infringements of the provisions of Law 4514/2018 and Regulation EU 565/2017, mainly as not taking measures to protect the funds of its clients and for major organizational issues. The imposition of a fine of EUR 20,000 on the company FUDLINK SABE for granting permission to the Vice President and CEO to conduct transactions for the sale of shares of the company within the closed period of the month preceding the announcement of the financial results of the first half of the year 2023, while the circumstances provided for in the Regulation did not coincide. The imposition of a fine of EUR 5,000 on Mr Mamalis Achilles, Vice-President and CEO of the company FUDLINK SABE for breach of the provisions of paragraph 11 of Article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 2014/596, because it carried out transactions in the sale of shares of the company within the closed period of the month preceding the announcement of the financial results of the first six months of the year 2023. Finally, the Board of Directors of the Securities and Exchange Commission decided: The authorisation of crowdfunding services to the company under the name ‘BRIKBEE MONOPERATION S.A.’ under the subheading ‘BRIKBEE’. The authorisation of the company being established under the name ‘RESET FINANCE S.A. E.Y.’ to provide investment services, receipt and transmission of orders, portfolio management, investment advice and non-recovery financial instruments, as well as ancillary consulting services to undertakings and services related to underwriting, on financial instruments.
