TITAN Group Completes Acquisition of French Cement Firm Vracs de L’Estuaire

TITAN Group has completed the acquisition of Vracs de L’Estuaire, a well-established cementitious materials company in Northern France. This move strengthens TITAN’s commitment to expanding its product portfolio in the French market and accelerates its growth trajectory under the ‘TITAN Forward 2029’ strategy. The acquisition confirms TITAN’s long-term plan to build a robust, integrated global platform for alternative cementitious materials (ACMs). Vracs de L’Estuaire operates a modern grinding facility at the Port of Le Havre with an annual clinker grinding capacity of 0.6 million tonnes. Its strategic location enables efficient service to one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing markets. This investment further bolsters TITAN’s presence in Western Europe—established nearly 30 years ago with its import terminal in Marseille—and complements its existing European network. It will also advance TITAN’s strategic pillars of innovation and carbon footprint reduction.
