A woman in Thessaloniki bit off and severed part of her partner’s ear during a shocking assault on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in the Ampelokipoi district. The 57-year-old victim reported the attack to police, describing how his partner bit him with such force during a heated argument that a portion of his ear was completely torn off. He was treated at Papageorgiou Hospital. The Ampelokipoi–Menemeni Domestic Violence Office took over the case. Police arrested the suspect and will bring her before the competent prosecutor.
