Thessaloniki: Shocking Video of Baby Left on Balcony by Parents

Disturbing moments were captured by neighbors of a couple who left their 11-month-old baby on the balcony in order to sleep. The images are gut-wrenching, sparking outrage over what the infant endured at the hands of the people who brought it into the world. As seen in the video obtained by newsit.gr, the baby is left in its stroller on the 4th-floor balcony of an apartment building in Thessaloniki’s Tower. The sound is shocking as the baby can be heard crying and thrashing about nervously, with no family member rushing to help. A neighbor reported the distressing incident to the police, leading to the couple’s arrest. Both parents were taken before a prosecutor, claiming they had placed the baby outside to cool off. However, law enforcement from the White Tower Department for Crime Investigation documented charges against them for child endangerment.
