Thessaloniki: Pedestrians Run Over on Egnatia Road – Man in Critical Condition

A serious traffic accident occurred Friday evening (20.06.2025) on Egnatia Road in Thessaloniki. The incident happened around 10:00 PM near Iasonidou Street in the Kamares area, where two men were run over by a moving vehicle while crossing the road as pedestrians. Both men were rushed to Papageorgiou Hospital. One of them, aged 45, sustained severe injuries and is being treated in the ICU in critical condition. The other victim, aged 25, also suffered injuries but his condition is reportedly less severe.
