Free, on restrictive terms, the 42-year-old bride was released after her apology to the interrogator, who is accused of hitting her, locked her in the house and grabbed her bank card. The 74-year-old mother-in-law was arrested and expected to be taken to prison, as she turned out to be a fugitive after she was pending a five-year sentence. According to what became known, the 42-year-old bride from Thessaloniki, accused of robbery, illegal retention and domestic dangerous physical harm, denied all charges. He reportedly argued that he never committed violence nor committed robbery. “I have access to the bank card anyway because my mother-in-law is financially supporting us,” she allegedly apologized. And, through the defense counsel, he applied for a psychiatric opinion. Prosecutor and interrogator unanimously decided to release her under the terms of the ban on leaving the country and appearing once a month at the police station of the place of residence. Information has been reported that following the complaint about the incident at issue (the police were informed by the hospital where 74-year-old addressed the first aid) it emerged that an earlier sentence was pending against the elderly than the Three-Member Court of Cassation of Thessaloniki, with which she was sentenced to a five-year sentence. Under these circumstances she was arrested and her prison was issued to serve the above sentence. Bride and mother-in-law, of Georgian descent, lived with the 9-year-old child of the first and grandchild of the second, while the father of the child has died.
