Thessaloniki: An innocent mother denounced by her daughter for hitting her with broomwood

Mother was denounced by her 18-year-old daughter in that she was beaten with broomwood and locked in her room for realizing that the young woman was uploading nude photos online and dating unknown men. The Automox One-Member Defect Court of Thessaloniki relieved the mother due to doubts and accepted that the daughter vengefully made the complaint when her parents reprimanded her. As the complainant’s father from Thessaloniki testified, the 18-year-old (aged only in the previous 24 hours and after the complaint) used his cell phone to take pictures, as she had been banned from using her own. “He wasn’t turning them off and I found them on my phone. He went to the bathroom and took nude photos to upload them after online,” he testified adding that he recently realized about his daughter’s dates. “I learned that two different dates would be made with different adult men. Her mother found her in a car. He was afraid of danger. He argued with her so he denounced her the same day. He has been doing this since June when school stopped for the summer,” he said. Apologize mother confirmed what her husband testified and denied what the 18-year-old reported to the police. “She is very angry with me when I don’t let her do what she wants” she noted by stressing that she intends to seek psychological support for her daughter.
