Thessaloniki: A 15-year-old was abused by two 28-year-olds – He was drunk and abused on him

Two Afghans were indicted on trial for a minor compatriot in a refugee hospitality center. In the denunciation of sexual abuse – the two adult young women co-existed with him, without his will – a minor made a minor while adding that he was beaten and abused by the same actors, in September 2021 in Thessaloniki. These incidents are alleged to have taken place, with leading Afghan nationals, in a controlled refugee accommodation structure in Vagiohori Thessaloniki. Following an investigation by the Greek authorities, the two women became accused as criminal charges were brought against them for abuse of an ill-mannered person in resisting a sexual act, for inflicting and for simple physical harm, jointly. With the advice of the Council of Defects of Thessaloniki, they were indicted for trial in a Mixed Jury Court but were not presented to apologize and wanted. As part of an independent police pre-interrogation, the 15-year-old testified anonymously, in the presence of a psychologist and interpreter, on 27 September 2021. Subsequently, he writes Karfitsa.gr, the criminal prosecution was prosecuted and a main interrogation was conducted by the 5th regular interviewer of Thessaloniki who issued arrest warrants and violent indictments for the two defendants who did not come before her. The witness statements and the other evidence showed that: At the beginning of September 2021, the first 28-year-old sent a message, via Instagram, to the minor sufferer, inviting him to the residence – container where she lived in the Bayohorios Lagada Hospitality Building located near his own house, within the above structure. Intoxicated When the 15 – year – old went on the spot he also saw the second 28 – year – old. According to his complaint, the two women offered him wine and began petting him and kissing him. Shortly afterwards, the sufferer had already had 5 glasses of wine and because it was the first time he had consumed alcohol, he began to get dizzy and therefore retired to the room that existed at the residence of the first accused and lay in bed in order to feel better. As noted in the indictment, that’s where both women who started petting him and kissing him, even though the passion said he was not feeling well. Then they alternated with him while he continued to beg them to stop, for he had consumed a large amount of alcohol. After the actions were completed by the defendants, the 15-year-old left the above house. Over the next few days, the two accused jointly directed the minor the one mocking and humiliating phrase, about his sexual orientation. On the evening of September 26, her first defendant and a friend, for whom it was not possible to identify him, attacked and beaten him in the face and body, causing him abrasions, as emerged from the forensic examination. They denied the charges. The two defendants during their pre-trial apologies denied the charges and claimed that at the pressure of the minor they performed intercourse with him while pointing out that he abused them and hit them. However, their claims were found to be unfounded as they were not verified and never submitted a request. On the contrary, the passion pointed to them without hesitation as perpetrators of acts while having no reason to attribute no responsibilities to them, he referred to specific incidents and detailed the facts, as judges considered. His complaint was found to be true and there was no suspicion that what he testified were products of his imagination, due to his young age and the state of drunkenness he was in. The allegations of the minor sufferer were reinforced with their testimony both the brother of the 15-year-old, and a police witness. During the court board, the later provocative behavior of the defendants played a key role in revealing the incident. One of these also committed physical harm to him, resulting in the passion finding the courage to reveal what really happened to his adult brother and then to the competent authorities, just the day after the last attack he was allegedly attacked.
