Thessalonic: Arresting 48-year-old for insulting sexual dignity

For an offence of sexual dignity a 48-year-old was arrested, who was referred to trial with the autonomic procedure in the One-Member Law Court of Thessaloniki. A 22-year-old complaint was preceded, according to which the alleged act was held on an estate with horses maintained by the 48-year-old (foreigner) in an area of eastern Thessaloniki. The young woman denounced “touches” as she descended from a horse, which the defendant denies.
