These are the four adulterated olive oils identified by the FDA

Four adulterated olive oils identified by the FDA in the market… The oils were identified by the teams of the Regional Directorate of Central Macedonia, in the framework of checks carried out, in cooperation with the second Chemical Service of Thessaloniki.
The four olive oils are sold with the indication of extra virgin olive oil. From their chemical analysis showed that it is ηλιέλαια artificially coloured.
In particular, this is the following oils:

(A) Product with the commercial name of “ΕΛΑΙΟΔΕΝΤΡΟ”, in packaging of 5 L and expiration date 31-12-2015, which in addition bear the words “ΓΡΥΠΑΚΗΣ NIKOLAOS – KALAMATA”.
B) Product with the commercial name of “ΦΡΥΝΗ”, in packaging of 5 L and expiration date 31-12-2015, which in addition bear the words “ΚΟΝΤΟΓΙΩΡΓΗΣ ANTHONY – FOR CHANIA”.
(C) Product with the commercial name of “IRA”, in packaging of 5 L and expiration date 31-12-2015, which in addition bear the words “PAPADOPOULOU ELENI – ΦΑΡΩΝ 84 – KALAMATA”.
(D) Product with the commercial name of “DAPHNE”, in packaging of 5 L and expiration date 31-12-2015, which in addition bear the words “ΓΡΥΠΑΚΗΣ NIKOLAOS – FOR CHANIA”.
The FDA proceeded to immediate recall / withdrawal of the total of the specific batch of the above ΝΟΘΕΥΜΕΝΑ – NON-NORMAL AND NON-SAFE products from the domestic market and are already in progress the relevant controls. Also, they have initiated the procedures to impose administrative and criminal sanctions, such as those defined by the law.
They are called consumers, who have already purchased the above products to not consume.
