Theodore Zagorakis, whose name is intertwined with the club’s history as both captain and president, shared his touching message through social media. “PAOK’s story began before its birth, starting with a journey filled with tears and culminating in the joy of its foundation on April 20, 1926. And then began a new journey that continues for 99 years,” he wrote. Zagorakis emphasized the values that have characterized the club throughout its history: “From its founding to today, PAOK has charted a course filled with memories, challenges, and triumphs, both on and off the field.
