The upgrade of the iPhone promises better sleep

The new upgrade of the iPhone it is a fact, and one of the features that offers -among other things – is the help for better sleep, as reported by the company itself.
The reason for the upgrade to iOS 9.3, provided you have enough memory, you can download it in your mobile and see the new features.
After investigations showed that the brightness of the screen on the devices interferes with the heart rate, Apple created the “Night Shift”. The implementation uses the clock and your geographic area and what that essentially does is it changes the brightness of the screen making the colors more warmly by the time the sun goes down.
The application is not automatically activated when you upgrade, which means that you will need on your own to enable it manually by doing the following:
1. Turn on the Night Shift
You can do this in two ways. Either from your home screen by selecting the specific icon or from the Settings> Display and brightness>Night Shift.
2. Set the application
If you activate the Night Shift can be handled either manually or by letting your mobile phone to choose when I change the brightness of the screen.
To do this go to Settings> Privacy> Location Services and turn it to “on”. Then go back to the Night Shift, and activate the “Scheduled”, you choose the hours shown below, and press “Sunset to Sunrise” from the option in the Automate Schedule Box.
The new upgrade to iOS 9.3 also includes improvements for the Notes, the Health, the Apple Music, and other bug fixes.
