In a statement after the conclusion of the meeting at the Maximos Mansion, the spokesman of the Coordination Body of Giorgos Kyritsis said about the current developments in Eidomeni that “there is a theme of misinformation of refugees and migrants, which we have seen with the movement of a group of people passed the border line”. He said that “we have brochures that show that this was an organized move is too dangerous, put at risk the lives of people who have passed through streams and rivers”. “We know,” he added, “that there are other papers that are distributed, with lies, which say that refugees and immigrants may not enter the coach which has the Greek state, because supposedly they will be arrested and deported to Turkey”. “These are all lies,” stressed mr Kyritsis.
