Ingredients
3 eggs
60gr. slice
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt (optional)
pepper
Process recipe
On high heat, pour in the pan the olive oil. In a bowl, break the eggs, season with salt and pepper and beat.
Pour the mixture into the pan and stir the first 30″. Add the cheese, mix in the center and “break” the omelet.
