To be extended until 30 September 2024 the Mixed Jury Court decided, where the case of the death of the other two girls of the family Daskalaki, Malenas and Iris is tried on a proposal from the prosecutor of the seat. The prosecutor stressed that for another six months the detention of the accused Rula Pispiringu should be extended, noting that there are serious evidence of guilt and that the defendant is suspected of new acts. “It is brought to act with great cruelty and methodicity and there is a risk that new offences will be committed, that temporary detention for another six months until 30/9/2024,” the prosecutor said. For her part, Roula Pispiringu’s defense objected that temporary detention should be lifted. The trial will continue with the testimony of Manos Daskalakis, who is the first witness in the trial.
