The presence of alternate minister of national defence Dimitris Vitsa in the cutting of the pie of the Association of hellenic Manufacturers of Defense Material

The Deputy Minister of National Defence Dimitris Vitsa,… Thursday, 25 February 2016, attended and welcomed to the event of cutting of the pie of the Association of hellenic Manufacturers of Defence Material (ΣΕΚΠΥ) that was held at Armed Forces Officers Club (ΛΑΕΔ).
The alternate minister of national defence, in his address, addressed addressed the issue of productive reconstruction, which as you pointed out, passes through and from the public and the private sector.
He pointed out that “the country of the period this gives a very great battle, which relates to the management of refugee and migratory flows, and with opponents that it would not be expected, countries that have experienced the solidarity of the European Union”. And he continued: “The European Union is, on the whole, we need to address the issue, of which we know what the solution is, in the opposite case, they get serious problems in the very foundations of the European Union. Greece is exhausting the obligations of asking you and others to make their own. Don’t forget that Greece is stabilising, and a development factor for the “next day””.
Referring to the defence industry, he noted, that still have not done what should be done, in order to increase the participation of the domestic defence industry, state-owned and private, to meet the needs of the Armed Forces and at the same time to help the export of the character.
The alternate minister of national defence mentioned two initiatives of the ministry of DEFENCE that will occur the next time. The first concerns the law on procurement, noting that at the end of next week I will have completed a first legal framework in order to be submitted to Parliament. The other initiative relates to the National Defence Industrial Strategy, the relevant text in the next few days will be completed and will be passed by the competent Committee of the Parliament, in order to set up the Council of National Defence Industry and Technology, that will work as a tool coupling of the experience with new knowledge.
