The mistake that you do when you wash clothes in the gym

If the last time you’re expressing irritation and itching after the gym, maybe it’s the way that you wash your sports clothes.
The t-shirts, the sweatpants, the sweatshirt and the leggings that we wear when we work out, should not be washed as the rest of the clothes, so they wear out and cease to be equally “efficient”.
Most sports clothes are manufactured from specially designed fabrics, so as to absorb more effectively the sweat and allow the skin to “breathe”. Remove sweat and moisture so as not to increase excessively the temperature of the body during the exercise and at the same time to prevent irritation and the development of bacteria on the skin.
The fabrics of sports clothing are of great degree of permeability and this property ensures that the moisture penetrates the material and evaporates easily.
If the wash you use conditioner, then remain in the fibers of the fabric remnants that block the removal process of moisture and the fabric becomes less “efficient”. You don’t need to use conditioner when you wash your sports clothes in the washing machine.
Another mistake that people make enough is to mount the fresh sports clothes in the laundry basket immediately after the workout. Damp, dark and warm environment is ideal for the growth of bacteria that release unpleasant and extremely “persistent” odor. Normally you will have to leave the sports clothes to dry and then place them in the basket or in the washing machine.
Don’t forget that the sports clothes should not be washed at high temperatures (over 40 degrees), as well as their fabric is quite delicate and elastic materials may be destroyed.
Finally, let the clothes to dry outside, exposed to sunlight and air, as well as the solar radiation and oxygen contribute to the more effective eradication of bacteria.
