“If the Athenian εταιÏήση, with Îξεστω him of the nine princes to come, nor ιεÏωσÏνην ιεÏώσασθαι, nor συνδικήσαι the pyrenees, neither principle αÏχÎτω μηδεμιάν, nor ενδημον, nor υπεÏÏŒÏιον, nor κληÏωτήν, nor χειÏοτονητήν, nor επικυÏήκειαν αποστελλÎσθω, nor mind, λεγÎτω, neither go into the δημοτελή holy εισίτω, nor in the κοιναίς σταφονοφοÏίες σταφανοÏσθω, nor within the market πεÏιÏÏαντηÏιων ποÏευÎσθω. If I don’t, however the ποιή, καταγνωσθÎντως this εταιÏείν, death ζημιοÏσθω”.
That is to say:
If someone is Athenian entered into a homosexual relationship with another will have one of the following sanctions:
1. He is not allowed to become a member of the 9 lords
2. He is not allowed to be elected priest
3. He is not allowed to be an advocate of the people
4. You are not allowed to exercise authority within or outside of Athens
5. You are not allowed to be sent as the herald of war
6. you are not allowed to expose opinion (as a deaf – unstable)
7. You are not allowed to get into (public) Temples
8. You are not allowed to στεφανωθεί on στεφανοφοÏίες
9. You are not allowed to enter the sacred space of the market
so anyone who has been convicted as gay but act contrary to the provisions of the law will be punishable by death!
