a few days the largest flying structure in the world is expected to take off for first test flight. The giant airship is quite impressive, it has borrowed elements from conventional aircraft, while moving propellers of a helicopter. But the element that has left us speechless, it is that the Airlander-10 on the face of it looks like a giant… butt!
In the first phase of testing, the airship of Hybrid Air Vehicles (HAV) will only transfer goods. Later, I configured the passenger cabin in 48 distinct positions, offering incredible level of opulence that only a luxury cruise ship can be compared.
The purpose of the flying machine, is to fly slowly and at low altitude, over landscapes of unparalleled beauty and places of tourist interest. Passengers will enjoy the views from huge windows that extend from floor to ceiling, while at the same time accept the hospitality services of high level. There is also a possibility that the Airlander be running normal routes, flying at a height of up to 20,000 feet.
The new aircraft making the HAV is by far the largest in the world, it has a area size of a football field (92 meters in length – 43,5 meters in width) and is tall like 6 double-decker buses (26 meters). Apart from the huge size, the Airlander-10 is superior in relation to conventional aircraft, because it takes off almost vertically, without the need for a runway.
