The HQ for the holiday of shrove Tuesday

Not included in the mandatory public holidays, in accordance with the… Confederation of Commerce. Estimates for the cost of the Σαρακοστιανου Table.
In regards to the upcoming day of Clean Monday, the ESEE informs us that this is not included in the εξαιρέσιμες holidays (mandatory public holidays), so it is a working day and it is up to every trader –entrepreneur if the business will work or not. So, given its nature as a non-compulsory public holiday, the shops could open legally, without to have increased wages or other charges to their employees.
The exception are only the cases that the Clean Monday is set as a day of holiday with other –usually local content – settings (so and due to increased wages), such as.x. by a ministerial decree or presidential decree (local feast), any collective agreement, operational initiatives, etc.
Especially for the Collective Agreement, it is noted that no longer applies to the introduction of public holiday for the cases provided for in sectoral or ομοιοεπαγγελματική ACE which expired and after expiry of the mandatory choice-of-court, not signed a new contract. Only the provision on compulsory holiday to a business contract ensures perfectly the character of the day as such but, of course, relates only to the specific operation.
