Honoring this tradition Spondi opens her “hug” and offers old and new friends Heritage, a journey of flavors and memories reflecting her unique heritage. Who cook again in Pagrati? Apostolos Trastelis invites five iconic chefs and four renowned pastry chefs, who have left their mark in Spondi, to return for five magical nights and cook again for this legendary restaurant. Gikas Xenakis, Alexander Tsiotinis, Paul Kyriakis, Panagiotis Giakalis, Tasos Stephatos and pastry chefs, George Platinos, Dimitris Chronopoulos, Alexander Koufas and Spyros Pediaditakis, “take over” the cuisine of Spondi along of course with executive chef Arnaud Bignon and promise to give us five unforgettable evenings full of gastronomic experience. The curtain of the Heritage cycle opens on 13 November with the charismatic Gika Xenakis (Aleria), who, along with Arnaud Bignon, will lure us into a nostalgic taste path, linking the past to the present.
