The choice of a Foreign Dimitrios for the top and most significant position in the judicial hierarchy confirmed the government’s intention to keep the followed in the last years of practice, selection of the Prosecutor of the supreme court of the εισαγγελικούς workers, and by the constitution of the choice and of the eminent judges of the supreme Court ( vice-presidents and supreme court judges).
