A new one, The Floor, which is successfully aired in many countries, was a “apple of contention” with a strong background between ANT1. Finally the impressive game show was won by SKY in order even to air The Floor this season. Characteristic of the success noted by The Floor is that the first season that came out in America, in January 2024, presenter was Rob Lowe, who is preparing to present the coming cycle as well. The spectacular game show is played, as its title betrays, on an impressive stage floor, where in its original production 81 contestants stand at 81 squares with knowledge questions that include many categories, such as Famous Athletes, Impic Buildings, Historical Events and Faces, Music and Artists, Science and Technology, Literature and Books, Geography and Countries, Cultures and Tradition, Hollywood Films and others, while “accompanied” by photographs and videos. The goal is to dominate a player throughout Floor to win the big prize money. Each cycle of The Floor is 10 to 12 episodes, lasting about an hour and a half each. Its production, due to the demandingly large stage, takes place in specific studios and if everything evolves according to the current programming, its Greek version will be filmed in April with the aim of coming out immediately after the SKAI air and airing once a week.
