The drink that will relieve your body after a workout

Good the gym not saying, but when you go often enough and you’re not yet at a level that you can manage what happens in your body, you end up hurting EVERYWHERE.
The correct stretching is obviously what you need to do every time you work out (as well as the right warm-up) but there is a drink that will greatly help your body. What is it about this drink that makes it special? The secret is due to the turmeric the must have spice for your kitchen, except that flavor the lemon-rosemary food eliminates the excess oil from your face, black spots and discolourations, but it strengthens and aching muscles.
All you have to do is mix 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cardamom (to καρδαμώσεις you understand) and 1 tbsp honey. Beat the mixture well, put it through the strainer and enjoy it with lots of ice.
