Detoxification 3 days on the basis of a cranberry juice (cranberry)

Materials you will need:
-Juice from cranberry, 225 grams, without additional artificial sweeteners
-Water, 2 liters

-Orange juice, 3/4 cup freshly squeezed
-Lemon juice, 1/4 cup freshly squeezed

Friday:
Put in a pan the water together with the juice of cranberries and heat just until the mixture to boiling point. Put the cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in a bag/net” in such a way, so you can then remove it all together from the mix.
