All I will say, logically, with the exception of Greece who thinks about it too much because there are problems.
One is the contrast of West, the whole plan and the other is the fear of politicians to break the framework of Greek-Turkish Friendship already from 1987 and make the excess.
Responsibilities there are in the Russian side which beat geopolitical coverage of warm episode,but does not guarantee the financial plan.
