The ultimate horror was experienced by a 17-year-old teenager when she boarded one and as she denounces being victimized by the driver. According to Star’s report, the trial was scheduled for these days, however the taxi driver did not appear in court declaring illness, resulting in the trial getting a postponement for June 4, 2025. In fact, as soon as the victim heard the decision to postpone he burst into tears: “I feel more resentful because a man can’t go through all that he’s been through, pass it twice for the court and go through it the third time… I wake up, sleep with a permanent stress. It’s like torture,” he described the girl. The rape night The teenage girl described the night she was raped: “I remember how scared I was… I was afraid he would hurt me, I was afraid to shout and I just didn’t see the sunlight.” It all happened when the 17-year-old boarded the taxi along with two friends, a boy and a girl. They were all drunk. A little while later, according to the complaint, the driver raped the girl. As he said he was saved by liquid fuel station employees. He made sense to them that he was in danger: “At the time I was thinking that I should do something, so that someone would help me get out of that moment and the situation,” he described. The defendant denies the charges and speaks of consent from the drunk minor: “When we got in the car suddenly she felt scared and started making some similar expressions with her face to the gas station clerk, which I didn’t notice. We continued to take her home, without meanwhile expressing the desire to descend or stay at the gas station.”
