Teen Plotted to Kill Parents So They Could Be Together, Father Claims

The local community is shocked after a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old attempted to poison the parents of the younger teen to stay together. The 13-year-old allegedly tried to poison her mother with tranquilizers by adding them to her tea. When that plan failed, she reportedly armed herself with a knife to kill her mother, who then alerted authorities. In an interview on the show ‘Developments Now’ on February 15, 2025, the father of the 15-year-old denied any involvement of his son in the murder attempt. He claimed that the parents of the 13-year-old do not accept his adopted son and are trying to destroy him. Meanwhile, the father of the 13-year-old accuses the older boy of manipulative behavior towards his daughter, alleging he gave her prescribed tranquilizers. Both families have agreed to seek help from child psychiatrists. Messages exchanged between the teens revealed disturbing plans, including one where the 15-year-old insisted the girl finish off her mother that night so they could be together. During police questioning, the 13-year-old confessed to having added tranquilizers to her mother’s food, and a foreign knife was found at their home. The case has been handed over to the Juvenile Prosecution Office for further investigation.
