Tax Declarations 2025: AADE Platform Opens Today – Key Deadlines and Discounts

The AADE is launching the platform for submitting 2025 tax declarations today. Approximately 1.4 million taxpayers, employees, and pensioners will see their tax declarations pre-filled by the AADE, and if no corrections are needed, they will be finalized on April 25th. This year, the tax period will not be extended as per the new Tax Procedure Code, ending on July 15th. Discounts are available for those who make prompt payments. Specifically, for pre-filled declarations, a 4% discount is offered if paid in full by July 31st, regardless of whether the taxpayer submits until April 24th or the AADE finalizes them on April 25th, including modifications up to April 30th. For modifications made from May 1st onward, with additional amounts due, a 3% discount applies if submitted by June 15th, and a 2% discount if submitted by July 15th. The initial payment amount retains the 4% discount.
