Tatar claimed that the “laws” and the “constitution” of the pseudo-state give the right to give Greek Cypriot property to the Turkish Cypriots who moved to the occupied territories.
In simple words, they keep their property in the free areas and usurp the property of Greek Cypriots in the occupied areas.
According to the Turkish Cypriot leader, with the decision of the so-called cabinet as 3.5% of the Varosia area to be placed under the political rule, “former residents” will have the right to settle, adding that the process of opening the area continues.
