SYRIZA: Unanimous Vote for the Political Secretariat’s Proposal – Polakē and Pappā’s Proposal Rejected

Members of SYRIZA unanimously voted in favor of the proposal presented by the Political Secretariat. Conversely, the proposal submitted by Pavlos Polakē and Nikos Pappā to select a new Organizing Committee from the Central Committee was rejected. According to sources within the Central Committee of SYRIZA, members overwhelmingly authorized the Political Secretariat to decide on the composition of the Organizing Committee, a position supported by the party president, Socrates Famellos.
