One of the many electric models we expect within 2025 is e VITARA, the first purely electric car of the Japanese brand. We had presented it briefly in our recent article, but now with the presence of the model at 101 the Brussels International Motor Fair in progress, we can give more details. CORVERSE Suzuki e VITARA will be produced at the Suzuki Motor Gujarat plant in India and sold from next summer. It is based on a new brand platform, “HEARTECT-e” special for electric models, which means that other electric Suzukis will follow. The new platform has light structure, protects the battery and ensures greater interior space. Designally, Suzuki’s studios were based on the philosophy “High- Tech & Adventure” expressing the advanced sense of an electric BEV and the robust character of an SUV. Separate the glass closed mask and many aerodynamic elements, especially on the front bumper. The highlighted wheel domes are surrounded by plastic protectives, which we will find in the doors, while there are no roof rails for garage support. CORVERSE The 4.275 m long , the large diameter wheels , the 18 cm distance from the ground and the large 2.7 m wheelbase , highlight the car’s part and its capacity in the cabin for 5 passengers . Now, with regard to the BEV motor electric system, it includes the eAxle, incorporating the engine and converter, along with iron-lithium phosphate batteries designed for safety and reliability. According to the first data, it will be supplied with two batteries, one with a capacity of 49 kWh with an electric motor of 106 kW and the other with 61 kWh. The second will be offered in a two-wheeled version with a power of 128 kW and a four-wheeled one with a power of 135 kW. With regard to the sophisticated four-wheel drive system “ALLGRIP-e” of e VITARA, it has two independent eAxles front and rear. In addition, it includes the Trail function, which reduces the power to the non-stick rotating wheels, and gives torque to the opposite wheel. That is, it acts like a limited LSD slip differential. More in time.
