Sugar vs. salt: What is more harmful to the heart?

Traditional doctors recognize salt as the number one nutritional risk for the heart, as it has been linked to hypertension…
and the heart disease.
Perhaps, now is the real “guilty”?
The sugar is proving equally harmful with the salt in terms of the heart. Of course, not all sugars are the same, therefore do not apply to all of the same allowable limits of intake. The natural sugars found in fruits and vegetables is healthy, but instead we should avoid the excessive consumption of added sugar (mostly corn syrup with high fructose content).
According to recent scientific evidence, a quantity of approximately 720 ml of soda high in sugar can cause a sharp increase in the levels of blood pressure.
Also, if 25% of your daily calories come from added sugar is estimated that the risk of cardiovascular disease is increased by three times in comparison with a person with a intake that does not exceed 10%.
