Students occupied the Prytaneia of the EKP – Occupation and the AUTH for private universities

In symbol of his Prytaneia he was moved on Thursday morning (07.03.2024) by the students’ associations of Athens, on the occasion of the bill for private universities. The students of the CRP with occupation oppose the passage of the bill on private universities voted tomorrow in Parliament. In a symbolic blockade of central entrances of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, students of the AUTH proceeded as part of their mobilisations in order to pass the Ministry of Education bill. From early in the morning, students, holding banners that record slogans against the operation of non-state university institutions, gathered in front of the vehicle passage control bars from the main street of the campus, at the height of Egnatia and St. Demetrius Streets, as well as entrances around the university. Mobilization will be completed at 12 noon, so students will take a course in the city center, with a focus point on Kamaras Square.
