Stefanos Kasselakis: “Karfia” by Syriza for his book – “He is obsessed with Alexis Tsipras and wants to avenge him”

He through the writing of his book may ask for a “Second Chance” apparently in politics to but have decided with their attitude to delete and the first they gave him by making the party leader. Their goal is not to give answers to what Stefanos Kasselakis writes nor to engage in parapolitical discussions that may lead Syriza to a new cycle of introversion. CORVERSE The executives of Koumoundourou have reportedly decided not to enter any discussion with the new party body about what Stefanos Kasselakis will write in his book, as everyone’s belief is that the former president of SYRIZA is following the vindictive tactics he had all the time. “He still can’t get over that he didn’t manage to break up Syriza and now he’s trying to complete his work,” party actors say. In Koumoundourou they consider that the former president of SYRIZA wrote the book in a month and a half (!!!) seeking publicity as Stefanos Kasselakis has ceased to employ the media with what he says and does. This is obviously also an inhibitory event for his party, which has begun to descend into the polls. CORVERSE The book – which part of it was written in English and then translated into Greek – will be presented on January 16 at the War Museum. It will have 400 pages and will be divided into three chapters. On the cover he has only one photo of him and nothing refers to the fact that this person has been party leader. As he cannot present messages sent to him by his former comrades—this is a lawsuit—Stephenos Kasselakis will make references to messages he has sent to SYRIZA officials during the period he was president of the party. According to the same sources he will always refer to Alexis Tsipras and the role played by the former prime minister for his displacement from the party. “He has always been obsessed with Tsipras, they say executives of Kumoundurus. He obviously wants revenge too.” However, Koumoundourou will only react if Stefanos Kasselakis writes in the book lies and inaccuracies about organ meetings. There is no way that there will be an answer to the party’s Minutes. What Kasselakis side says However, Kasselakis argues that the publication of the book is not for vindictive reasons but to present his own story within SYRIZA. He still wishes to refer to the war he accepted while wanting to be redefined to the Greek public. “He chose to introduce himself to citizens as the rich and prosperous American who had no need,” comment executives of Syriza. “What different can he say today”. The first two chapters will concern his life, his course in the US, his work in Goldman Sachs and, of course, his tenure in the SYRIZA presidency, while the third will include his vision for the country. Within 400 pages of the book there will be stories from his student years and relations with his teachers as well as photos. Stefanos Kasselakis will take tours in Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion and Nicosia to present the book.
