The Ministry of Education had sent similar letters and universities, while a circular and sent to research institutes supervised by the General Secretariat for Research and Technology asking to send up to 19 November details of the appointment in research positions at all levels, people direct relationship of the servicemen in the last 15 years.
Already, some universities have expressed their objections to the movements of the Ministry Education, citing the law on personal data.
