State: Ready the DPR for the recognition of service in the private sector – What it provides, when it is signed

Next week is, in accordance with information of aftodioikisi.gr, signed the Presidential Decree that provided for by the recent law of the ΥΠΕΣΔΑ (law 4369/2015), which refers to the establishment of the National Registry of Corporate Executives for the recognition of service of civil servants in the private sector.
In particular, in article 98, which refers to the league membership, it is stipulated that “work experience in a related field and seven (7) years which elapsed before the appointment, except in the public sector, be taken into consideration if it turns out. The terms and conditions of recognition of the past service, as well as any other necessary detail shall be determined by presidential decree issued on a proposal of the Minister of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction”
In accordance with information with the FOA will be given the possibility of recognising length of service up to seven years of age as a criterion of evaluation for the selection of heads in the Public sector, which has to be completed by the end of 2016. According to the same information, the points awarded will be equivalent to that of an analogue service to the Public with the aim to facilitate new public employees with tenure in the private sector to be able to compete with their colleagues in the Public, in relation to the occupation of a position of responsibility.
Regarding the supporting documents required for the recognition of past service, these will be among others:
-Stamps or other certificate of insurance to the Insurance Funds
-Bull. of the Provision of Services if it is for a former freelancer
-Proof of similarity object from the statement in Chambers
– Certificate of wage statements showing the position held by the employee in the private sector.
