Special Summer Lottery Draw on June 27 with €150,000 Prize

The Popular Lottery is kicking off summer in style with its 3rd special draw for 2023. On Friday, June 27, a lucky five-number combination will win the grand summer prize of €150,000. Players can purchase their lottery tickets from OPAP stores and authorized vendors across Greece at half the regular price—just €5. Aristomenis Telemachou, owner of an OPAP store in Kalamata, stated, ‘Special draws by Popular Lottery always attract significant attention. People have already started buying their tickets for the summer draw, and we expect increased activity as the draw date approaches.’ The live broadcast of the 3rd special draw will take place on YouTube via the OPAP channel at 7:00 PM on June 27. In addition to the main prize, smaller prizes are also up for grabs. Tickets matching the winning number in all other series win €5,000, while the first ten tickets from the 119-series numbers automatically generated by the winning ticket receive €200 each. Another €100 goes to the remaining 109 tickets. Additionally, any five-number combinations ending with the same final digit as the winning ticket earn €10. Printed versions of the lottery are available for this special draw, allowing players to choose specific ending digits or thousands. Kyriaki Binikhaki, owner of an OPAP store in Heraklion, Crete, explained, ‘Customers can select a specific ending digit from zero to nine, a particular thousand, or both. They can also opt for random odd or even endings.’ Through the OPAP Store App, players can scan their tickets on their mobile devices to check if they’ve won. As highlighted by Ms. Binikhaki, ‘Each scanned ticket enters the OPAP Rewards loyalty program, offering players chances to participate in additional draws and claim bonuses and gifts.’
