Skroutz Antitrust Case to Be Heard on February 18

On February 18, the Hellenic Competition Commission’s plenary session will examine a complaint filed against Skroutz A.E., an online services company. The complaint alleges violations of Article 2 of Law 3959/2011 and Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), concerning abuse of dominant market position. Such abuses may include imposing restrictive or discriminatory trading terms, practices limiting competition, or actions harming businesses and consumers. The Commission will assess the case within its statutory competencies.
