Six Young Individuals Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Naxos

Six individuals, including a 17-year-old, were arrested yesterday, Friday (April 25, 2025), in Naxos for possession and distribution of narcotics. According to the police from the Naxos and Small Cyclades Police Department, the suspects formed an organized group with distinct roles, storing and distributing drugs to users. During targeted police checks as part of the investigation, the accused were identified. Subsequent searches of their residences uncovered 10 grams of cocaine pre-packaged for sale, 4.4 grams of raw cannabis, and six mobile phones. All drugs and devices used by the suspects were seized. The arrested individuals were brought before the Naxos Primary Court Prosecution Office, faced criminal charges, and were referred for main examination. This operation is part of the specialized efforts by Southern Aegean Police Services to combat drug trafficking and distribution.
