Sissy Christidou After Court With Thodoris Marantinis: “Lies Were Spoken That Even Blushed”

On Tuesday morning (01.04.2025), Sissy Christidou took to social media to share her feelings after the court proceedings regarding the resolution of disputes with her ex-husband, Thodoris Marantinis. Without naming him directly, she posted a verse by Menelaos Loudemis on Instagram Stories that reads: “Lies were spoken that even blushed themselves. Since the mouths that spoke them didn’t blush.” She added, “Happy April Fools’ Day.” This post came just a day after the presenter met her ex-husband in court to resolve custody issues concerning their two children. The courtroom tension was palpable as Thodoris Marantinis sought sole custody of their older son and joint custody for the younger one. During the legal battle, he argued that the children are being raised by a Filipina nanny and suggested it would be better if they grew up with someone who has time and availability. He also accused Sissy Christidou of exploiting the children. In response, Sissy accused Thodoris of not fulfilling his parental obligations and using abusive language in their email exchanges.
